Discover Maple River

Tuesday, September 13th, 2022: Muskegon River Watershed Assembly announces Discover Maple River - a community meet and greet conversation for local residents and stakeholders in the proposed Maple River Restoration project area. Cedar Creek and Bridgeton Township residents will not want to miss it!

Discover Maple River is a casual, informal platform that encourages our attendees to ask questions about the risks and benefits of the project and to have an open conversation with our featured specialists and experts - that include the US Army Corps of Engineers and tribal leaders of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.

Discover Maple River will be educational and entertaining - featuring a LIVE band, great food - provided by 7 Mile Inn - and the very latest information about the proposed project.

Proceeds from Discover Maple River will support MRWA’s efforts to protect and restore the Muskegon River.
